About this bottle

Created by whisky maker Bob Dalgarno, this 40 year old single malt is aged entirely in an oloroso sherry casks. This marks the second non-vintage 40 year old release from the distillery. 500 bottles were produced with 70 allocated to the US. It is bottled at 45% ABV.

This is the single greatest whisky I have ever consumed. And maybe the greatest I’ll ever have the chance to. It’s rich, luxurious, dried fruits, mango, chocolate, cherry jolly rancher. Truly feels like you’re sipping history. Chewy and spicy finish.
