This American single malt begins with Maris Otter barley which is brewed by its partner Cisco Brewery which is also located on Nantucket Island. After initial aging in ex-bourbon barrels, the whiskey is finished in various casks such as former sherry, cognac, wine, and Sauternes wine casks. It's bottled at 48% ABV.
