Spicy and flavorful. I’m not sure what I’m tasting here but it’s good. A little sweet and has a pleasant aftertaste. Not a typical rye I have had, although I have not had many cask strength rye whiskies. A good one to try if you see it!

#4 prideful goat Color: 1.6 mahogany Nose: caramel, ethanol Taste: firey, sweet, caramel bomb, raisins, definitely high proof. Dry/bitterness as it transitions to a sweet medium length finish with a mettalic tang. Score: 87
Nose: cinnamon, dusty rickhouse, brown sugar, tobacco leaf, dark cherry Palate: peanut shell, aggressive baking spices, sweet vanilla. Mouthfeel is borderline thin Finish: spicy Christmas cider, big red cinnamon gum
Nose 4.5 / Palate 4.5 / Finish 4.5 = Total 4.5 Elevated all-around. The 15 year age comes through on the nose/palate with a bit of oak funk.
Really unique spicy nose and unique mint on palate
