It's made from a mash bill of 95% rye and was selected by Kentucky Owl Master Blender John Rhea, his third release for the brand. It's bottled without an age statement at 100.8 proof and is launching nationwide as of April 2022.

Nose- heavy dill. sweet floral notes but not overly minty. Some great rye bread and dough notes as well Taste- spicy, black pepper up front. Some real funky cereal grains (in a good way). More dill Finish- medium finish, more funky rye bread notes If you like funky, musty ryes, this one is great. You still get classic rye notes but this is a unique one worth the pickup!
Just finished the bottle and did not acquire a taste. Ilove ryes, but not this one. Tried neat and rest of bottle masking the moldy funk in a sour. Unsuccessful
not a lot of depth for me neat, but came through perfectly with coke 😋 would certainly buy again, and recommend
Not hot for a Rye. Very good to drink with single cube. Very good herbal is correct, almost peppermint
