Fantastic nose on this bourbon, classic brown sugar, dark corn syrup, baking spices. The mouth is thick and oily, syrup with a big old Kentucky hug to finish. The finish sticks around for a while.
Purchased at the distillery. Filled our own bottle, using the thief, from barrel #3. All the usual suspects on the nose, great flavors and fairly long-intense hug for the finish. A favorite!
Nice heat, not too much but is consistent all the way through.
Awesome flavor and finish. Barrel strength is delicious.
