Three Boys Farm Distillery - 7 Year/Batch 2

I absolutely love everything about this off the beaten path boutique (I know that can sound cliche) distillery. They make quite possible some of the best bourbon I’ve ever had. It’s unreal. I didn’t taste anything that I wouldn’t put at the top of my shelf. Batch 6 has a perfect cherry note and Batch 7 comes with a char and finish that contends for the best I’ve ever tasted.

As boutique & out of the mainstream as it gets, but this is unquestionably one of the best bottles I’ve ever had. I’m trying to make mine last forever.

Really strong, but cool experience to visit distillary.
