This is... odd. Starts off like a light Dickel with an odd almost pickle note mixed with maple and red wine. High rye spice leads to dry oak tannins. It’s not boring, but in this case that’s not a good thing. I keep going back hoping it grows on me, hoping it comes across differently. No such luck.

Nose: Rye Spice, Vanilla. Plate: sweet on the palate. Finish: lots of rye spice. Thoughts: much better over ice. Rye spice is knocked down, and opens up a lot more sweet notes.

Sweet, Carmel. Smells good, no burn, menu does not have alcohol, guessing under 100. Smooth, I like it.
