Morrison & MacKay's Càrn Mòr range has become a reliable source of young quality malts which do not break the bank. Distilled in 2008 and matured in a bourbon barrel, this 9-year-old Tobermory features a fresh and vivid nose. Tinned pears, pineapple and cut flowers intermingle with pastries, cinnamon and hints of salt. Sour and gingery in the arrival, the development accentuates currants, grapefruit and distant honey sweetness with a touch of dry oak.
