Amazing stuff, The smell and taste keeps offering something new each time! the peat in this is very herbal, there's a flavor on the finish reminds me of fresh parsley leaves I used to eat right from the garden, with some licorice.
Incredible depth, flavors in every direction. Need lots of time with this to truly appreciate it.
