Color: quite dark. As expected for 11 year old in an oloroso sherry cask. Nose: Musty dark fruits, slight Vanilla note. Heavy oak wood right off the bat. Lots of sherry, Concord grape, white grapes, dates, label states “coca” Mmm not for me I’m not picking that up. Pallet: very fruity with a lot of sherry and heavy dark red fruits, figs, grapes, black cherry, in the middle the oak appears with a bit of char, a Pepper spice appears but not too intense. Finish: the finish is fairly short leaving a fruity after taste with some Citric fruit. The Oak fades quickly making the pallet want more. Over all a well balanced, well done whisky. Ages 11 years exclusively in Oloroso Sherry casks.

Nose: Sherry and malt. Palate: Sherry, raisins, a little bit of tannic oak. Finish: Sherry, raisin, borderline chocolate. It's like a more rounded, full-bodied, Sherried Scotch. Wants to go chocolate, but stays with the raisin note that arrives behind the Sherry. Drinks well below proof in a good way. This would be fun to slip into a blind with traditional Sherry Cask Scotches.
Slight hint somewhat tangy p*ssy, with smooth oaky afterbirth. Gentle vanilla finish overall and by far and away the best of the town branch bourbons. Unless you prefer floral tones, then I would recommend the small batch straight rye
Definitely different. No spice to this one sweet heat. I enjoyed it. If you like finished whiskey give it a try.
Nothing wrong, but not much right about this. You can tell it's malt. Pretty much a one-dimensional scotch.
Weird off flavor to me
