Bought in Hopkins, Belize. The best of the aged rums (5 years) in Belize at the time. Carmel color, light to medium body. Burnt sugar and floral on the nose. Burnt sugar, charred cane, and ethanol passing quickly to sweet clean finish. Worth sampling while you're there.
