The nose is above average but that’s where the goodness ends unfortunately. This is a low proof, young bourbon so I wasn’t expecting much but overall it’s pretty underwhelming. Nose is soft marshmallows and slight spice. Caramel and honey. Corn forward. Cinnamon. Palate doesn’t give me much. No heat not much of anything. I’m a high proof junkie so maybe my palate isn’t suited for this, but it is what it is! For $25 I’ve had worse. I use the rating scale below. Distiller uses a scale of 5 and I use a scale of 10, but I’m sure you’re not too drunk to do the math! 1. Disgusting - So bad I poured it out. 2. Poor - I wouldn't consume by choice. 3. Bad - Multiple flaws. 4. Below average - Not bad, but many things I'd rather have. 5. Good - Just average. 6. Very Good - Better than average. 7. Great - Well above average. 8. Excellent - In a league of its own. 9. Incredible - An all-time favorite. 10. Perfect

Aroma is dessert/candy sweet with soft grainy notes and a touch of oak with some light fruity notes – it lacks that harsh craft profile, but also lacks any sense of depth; Palate is where the youth really comes out in force with raw woody, grainy and metallic notes with bits of fruit, honey and spice keeping it from being a typical craft whiskey; Finish starts nice, but turns to that raw wood “craft” profile I’m not a fan of.

This tastes like the blue moon of whiskeys. It’s a tad on the thinner side but a super deep orange note is very pleasant. Not too bad for a budget ($22 where I am) Texas craft bourbon.

Nose: iodine. oak. Vanilla. Ash. Spice. Warms dissipates quickly. Sweet. Honey. Floral notes bSpicy while still being an easy sipper

This is good. Tastes good every time. Sometimes I get a nice rich wheat bread others I get straight orangey syrup. It’s good get it

Almost feels like it belongs more with Irish whiskey in its lightness and drinkability than it does in bourbon
