Cool whiskey. 10yr Canadian proofed to 100 w TX limestone water and then aged for another 2-3yrs. Nice green pepper, rye spice, pear and a light caramel sweetness.

Eucalyptus and min on the nose and palate. Basically Alberta Premium with a bit more wood character.
