An intense, Gin by William & Lucy Lowe of Cambridge Distillery in Cambridge, UK made using white truffle from Alba, Piedmont, Italy in addition to the traditional London Dry botanicals of juniper, angelica, etc. It has an aromatic birth with notes of thyme, a hint of dried citrus peels, mint, Za’Atar & petrichor; while a bold life adds notes of oily juniper, truffle, black pepper, flowers, resin, bark & more earth; that led to a long & herbaceous death with notes of basil leaf & lemongrass.
