Trust Whiskey

Spicy with notes of caramel, subtly sweet, however it’s a bit rough going down with a short aftertaste. The distillery itself is interesting, with a bar in the front and the distillery in the back in plain view from the seating area where you can see the pots where the whiskey and other spirits are being distilled

Complex, spicy, rounded but a bit harsh. Refinement is lacking.

Spice and caramel, warm malt and smooth finish.
