A crisp agave spirit from Jalisco, Mexico made with Tequilana Weber & deep well water; fermented in stainless steel; double distilled in Stainless Steel Pot; aged in ex-Bourbon barrels for 1 year; after which the color is filtered out. It has an aromatic birth with hints of agave, fruit, wood, nuts & spices; while a rich & complex life adds notes of cooked agave, tropical fruits, vanilla, oak, hazelnut & caramel; that led to a complex death of medium length.
