A strong take on classic bourbons. It comes forward with many classic characteristics of many bourbons such as cherry, DEFINITELY brown sugar, and a slight tannen note. However it tunes them up to a level that the next door neighbors can hear, and were talking about the benchmark. When I'm in Nevada and see Two *****, I'm calling for it. I would go so far as to say one of the best distilleries in Nevada as of now.

Toasty oak and slightly charred corn pottage notes on the nose. Taste starts off with vanilla, big oak character in the middle, then finishes with mix of corn biscuits and chocolate fudge. Medium finish at best with charred oak and maybe a little bit of apple wood & cardamom. Not too shabby, but a little over budget. Bottle size at 375ml
Smooth finish but a bit sweet. Maybe a good after dinner sipping bourbon.
Nice 100 proof. Better after it airs for a bit.
Sweet, smooth, a bit of fruit, lots of vanilla
