Nose to me is sweet with pepper beneath the surface. Light and smooth on the pallet with fresh cherries on oak. A lonnnnnng finish may treat you to a hint of maple. I would love to see a 7 or 10 year version. One to watch and a fun pour to have on your shelf.
Not bad. A little hot. Seems to be a young bourbon but the maple flavor does shine on through. I prefer it over ice insteas of neat. A shake of bitters and you have a simple but good old fashioned
Probably the best maple enfused boubon I have tried. 1 gallon maple per 35 mash makes less maple tasting and more about the product
Don’t be alarmed by the maple syrup, it’s not too sweet. I prefer it with a big rock, maple old fashioned-esque.
Obviously maple tatse, but hints of baked vanilla cake, candy, and cinnamon as well
