The Very Old St. Nick Distillery is owned and operated by Marci Palatella, who also owns Preservation Distillery located in Bardstown, Kentucky2. Winter Maple Rye Whiskey is a flavored whiskey with a Canadian rye base & added natural flavor, likely including maple syrup. It has an aromatic birth with notes of honey & dried fruit; while a full-bodied life adds notes of grape, port & botanicals; that led to a long & intense death with notes of berries, cranberry, vanilla & caramel.
