W.H. McBrayer Cedar Brook Bourbon

Its got a spicyness to it and some burn. But one you get past that you’ll notice a caramel, nutty flavor. This bottle isn’t for everyone but if you like Basil Hayden, this is a similar yet unique approach to a whiskey that is worth trying.

Aromas are very mild whiskey with some floral and a bit of spice. Flavors are similar to nose, mildly sweet, almonds, toffee and corn. Super smooth with just right body. Also just right warmth at the end. Very nice.
