On both nose and palate: Juniper, grapefruit peel, Cucumber, floral notes (lavender?), mint, some dusty grain notes coming through from the base spirit. Seemed to fight with the Fever Tree Tonic it was paired with. About what you would expect from a $12 gin, but as a NC product I was hoping I could rate it a little higher. Not bad though, and as The Poet Ace Frehley once penned, sometimes “The cheapest stuff is all I need, to get me back on my feet again”.

Smooth and easy to drink neat or over ice. It pairs well in a simple G&T with lime. For the cost, this gin is an absolute steal. Not as good as Mother Earth gin, but definitely worth a try at 1/3 the price!
