Nose of ash, apples, oranges, vanilla, burnt sugar, dark chocolate, nutmeg, cinnamon, oak. Palate of rich vanilla, like ice cream, burnt sugar, cherry, roasted apple, orange peel, char, dry red wine, cinnamon, oak. Very, very smooth at that proof. Sweet, spicy finish.

Thanks to @looneyhead. Single barrel total wine. On the nares it’s fire and grainy with notes of vanilla, wheat, caramel, oak, cherries, toast. On the palate it’s initially hot with notes of wheat, caramel, and cream brûlée, brown sugar
Argonaut single barrel of weller fp. I like the sweetness but i find the burn on this overwhelming, especially side by side with owa which is a much more balanced and less “burn” dram
Uptown Market SP Prominent wheat notes and not as balanced as other SPs I’ve had. Tasty rich caramel and baking notes, and a grest finish. A touch of astringency.
Daveco select Nose: sweet up front some ceramel, hints of cinnamon Palette: full bodied flavor, mild cinnamon compared to 107, caramel and sweet wheat, peppermint
Collective Pour Pick: Sweet, oaky, fruit cake, golden raisin, royal icing, dried cherries, oily, buttered biscuit with honey
