This is a solid buy. Its a basic irish blend that splits the difference between cheapos (kilbeggan, Paddy’s etc) and nicer blends like Slane and Powers. So it’s rubbin shoulders with Tullamore, Jameson, Bushmills and has its own thing going on. Bright vanilla seems to be the dominant flavor. Definitely want to try the nicer offerings too.

A little different from the big Irish whiskies like Jamerson and Bushmills. The bourbon cask brings the flavor more towards the oak/vanilla of well…bourbon.

Pretty smooth for an Irish Whiskey but largely due to lack of a ton of flavor.
