Potpourri on the nose. Not super intense, but a strong floral note takes over for me. Golden raisin? Underlying malt throughout, very mellow peat, maybe a slight funk on the nose too. Complex nose, not sure in a good way. Palate brings tannin, which it needs with this aroma, something to give it a backbone. Not much peat until the finish and then a faint/subtle peatiness holds on. Easy drinker, very approachable on price and palate. Has some unique quality to it no doubt from the wood. Entry into the adventurous, different but not too.

Not bad by any means but not the best. Lacks flavor for the most part. On the nose are very light hits of cinnamon and spices. Tastes is very light and easy to drink neat, and I don't drink any Irish whiskeys neat unless it a shot. The peat smoke is definitely the most predominant flavors but also has a light hits of char and oak spice.
Really good flavor, it’s got a bit of peat, really oaky and a fruity sweetness that I can’t quite put my finger on. I think its like a citrusy/berry note. For $45, it’s definitely a banger! Irish peat is just different. It’s floral and herbal. Reminds me of that Orkney peat in highland park but it’s still different.
The nose is strong and earth but not intense with lemon, honeysuckle and a hint of oak and black pepper. The palate is very subtle and earthy with lemon, butterscotch, brown butter and touches of oak and vanilla. The finish is medium with a fading smokiness with lemon and oak and a rich creaminess.
House style comes through with cocoa powder, along with some green oak in the nose. Chocolate continues with the addition of earthy oak and barrel char. Thinner than their standard Irish whiskey. Not overly complex but just enough to be interesting. Fleeting finish.
A nice light fruity nose. On the tongue, gorgeous chocolate. Not a hint of chocolate, BOOM CHOCOLATE! A lovely finish as the chocolate fades into lovely nuance in a medium length finish. Definitely an Irish whiskey, but the bog oak definitely added something unique.
