Westland Cask Exchange 7 Bellwether

Super interesting aroma, reminds be of baking spices, gingerbread, clove. Like a kitchen on Christmas. Some cinnamon spice on the tongue, medium to full richness, with a long creamy tail. I would love this on a cold snowy night. Burn compliments the tail and richness well. The same nutty spice flavors linger through the tail with some chocolate. Absolutely love it

This cXe is unexpected, unique, and delicious. The nose on this is almost reminiscent of red hot candies. There’s a real cinnamon tone that’s carried through the entire experience, from nose to finish. This has fried fruits, maltiness, and offers something unlike anything Westland has put out.
