About this bottle

In the Cask Exchange series, Westland connects to their Pacific Northwest region as well as to its belief in brewing tradition. In this release, Holy Mountain Brewing Co. filled port casks with their American Strong Beer and aged it with Brettanomyces yeast for over a year. Westland took those emptied casks, and filled them with three year old single malt made from its 5-malt barley bill, maturing the whiskey for another three years. The release is bottled at 100 proof and is available in Washington state.
