Dark toffee aroma on the nose blended with medicinal herbal notes. Flavor is incredibly strong, tastes like the wood + tannin flavor from their wine cask but dialed up to 11. So much wood flavor it has some spice, with the bitter herbal notes on top. All the flavors are ones I love, but as usual with their hand fill it's just so strong that it overwhelms the balance and the tail is lots of burn. Still love it if course.
