Aged for 6 months in #3 Char level new American oak barrel, it is then transferred to a 1st fill Oloroso sherry barrel for two years. The grain bill is their signature five malt grain blend: Washington Select Pale Malt, Munich Malt, Extra Special Malt, Pale Chocolate Malt, and Brown Malt. This is bottled at 104 proof with only a total of 186 bottles produced. Best bet for obtaining a bottle is to visit the distillery itself.
