Nose: even at high proof, the French Oak influence is prominent. Spicy, hot. Cinnamon, baking spice, a touch of anise. Palate: hot, but nice spicy French Oak still comes through. A bit of black pepper, an undergirding of fruity/estery notes. A nice hint of chocolate. Finish: warm, spicy, red hots.
