Nose: prominent ethanol, mint, sweet caramel. Raisin. A bit of a pretzel note as it opens. Palate: hot and sweet. A little oily. Cherry, charred oak, cinnamon and caramel. Stewed orchard fruit. Finish: warming, a lingering mint.
