103 octane = a bit of heat up front. Brown sugar, caramel, tobacco, leather and a little vanilla and nut in the overtones. Fairly long finish where you get more tobacco and leather. Very pleasant overall and does not taste like a young bourbon = More complex than expected. Amazing first release. Second release should be around December.

Batch 5, bottle 2694, ABV 53.4% Aromas are malt, cherries, plums, cinnamon, vanilla, oak and caramel. Flavors are similar to nose adding in a touch of Beefamato. Lightly sweet with mild warmth in the finish. I think this is better than the earlier version I had.
Aromas are caramel, nougat, brown sugar, toffee and nutmeats. Flavors are similar to nose, add in some lumber and rawhide. Maybe a touch of tobacco. Super smooth for the strength. A bit of pleasant warmth in the finish. Very nice but not remarkable.
Spicy. High proof. Lots of flavors. Decent tones.
