This annual release is part of the distillery's Artisan Series, and features a mash bill of 75% Bloody Butcher corn, 15% soft winter wheat, and 10% malted barley. Proof varies by release, around 95 proof.

Nose - Licorice, wood, baking spice, floral notes Palate - Licorice, pepper, floral, red hots This pour has a soft initial bite on the tongue and enhances that heat to a medium finish giving that red hots flavor. The finish is long and warming. Drinks nicely once aired out into the glass for about 5-10 min.
Nose is very mild. Baking spice with a hint of apples and tannins. Taste is very floral and mild. Subtle burn but very palatable. Finished a bit flat but overall solid pour.
Up front with the corn flavor, front of the mouth burn. Sweet, but not overly so.
