Nose - Licorice, wood, baking spice, floral notes Palate - Licorice, pepper, floral, red hots This pour has a soft initial bite on the tongue and enhances that heat to a medium finish giving that red hots flavor. The finish is long and warming. Drinks nicely once aired out into the glass for about 5-10 min.

Nose is very mild. Baking spice with a hint of apples and tannins. Taste is very floral and mild. Subtle burn but very palatable. Finished a bit flat but overall solid pour.
