This expression is made from a mash bill of 75% estate-grown yellow dent corn, 15% estate-grown red winter wheat, and 10% malted barley. It is matured according to bottled-in-bond standards a minimum 4 years in new, charred oak 53 gallon barrels from Kelvin Cooperage. It is blended from 7 barrels and cut with limestone water. It is bottled non chill-filtered at 100 proof.

This is very easy to drink. Nose is sweet with a little oak. Palate is buttered popcorn covered in caramel. Then more caramel. It's easy to drink. Finish leaves quickly. There is nothing to dislike here with no noticeable flaws. Wish it was a little more widely available.
Aroma: Sweet corn, cherry, vanilla, wintergreen and a slight funk Flavor: sweet corn, caramel, cherry and finishes with rye spice and wintergreen mint Overall: it's a very unique bourbon, has some floral rye whiskey notes mixed with classic bourbon notes and a little funk
I have no idea what to make of this. My first smell was a nose that reminded me of an Irish whiskey (which isn’t my jam). Then I’ve also gotten honey tea notes on another pour. The taste may be a little too light and sweet for me. Second pour made me like it more
Nose is mint with a little oily nuttiness. Initial taste is kinda dank but dissipates into a floral, fruity well balanced finish. I dig it. Drink local!
Comes in like sweet corn. Very smooth. A little vanilla lingers and maybe a hint of caramel. A little grainy or it would be really good.
Newer bourbon. Vanilla on the nose. Tastes like I'm eating warm oatmeal with caramel topping. Very smooth but short finish.
