Whiskey Row Bottled In Bond

A gentle, sweet aroma with faint fruit and a hint of cinnamon. The taste introduces black pepper. The finish is quite brief. Adding ice tames the pepper, extending its presence. A rather pleasant four-year-old whiskey, with robust oak notes.

This is excellent. Remarkably smooth for 100 proof. Nice oak notes and I detect a subtle sweetness of apple on the finish. Plus, I know the distiller!

This had a stronger corn flavor than Mellow Corn... not very good.

Oh no:( I truly did not enjoy this one.

Hot, with strong notes of hay.
