Y.O.E.G.A. Charity Bottle of this. Interesting, some things going on here that are a bit off-profile for a bourbon that led me to think it was finished, but I don't believe it is. Interesting, even if it's not my favorite thing. Worth a try. Tastes younger than the 5+ years stated on the bottle but also drinks less than the 59.5 proof that is stated on the bottle. Interesting.

This particular barrel was 80 corn, 10 rye and 10 malted barley. “Thieved” at the distillery after a tour Nose: sweet with some black pepper Pallet: nice spice with smooth sweetness Finish: very smooth for the proof! Light spice that lingers. Buy again: considering the price af $80 for a 375ml i would say no. Plus they said you can only purchase at the distillery
Medium amber color with medium thick legs vanilla and oak on the nose The Strongest vanilla on the palate I have ever tasted with a nice medium finish
Way to rough on the edges for my taste. Very nice location however, well worth the visit
