Mashbill: 65 C / 17 R / 18 B Nose: Cinnamon, cherry, malt, chocolate, and hint of peanutbutter. Palate: cinnanmon and brown sugar, long finish of sweet flavor. Overall: one of my favorite bourbons ever. Whiskey Thief is, in my consideration, the buggest hidden gem in the KY bourbon area.
