(2019 Release / Barrel #1993) It is an intense, Straight Bourbon Whiskey by Daniel Prieto Preston in Brooklyn, New York aged in American oak for 12 years; cut to proof with local limestone-filtered water from the Window Jane Mine & bottled at 49.5% abv. It has a rich birth with notes of chocolate, vanilla, honey & sweet corn; while a warm life adds notes of oak, vanilla, rye spice & pepper; that led to a long & minerally death with notes of chocolate, vanilla & lemon peel.
