About this bottle
This expression is made from a mash bill of locally grown malted rye and malted barley that is initially matured in new, charred American oak barrels for at least 4 years. It is then rested a minimum 5 months in peated Scotch-seasoned quarter casks, for a total maturation of 4 years and 5 months. It is bottled at 92 proof.
