This is an additive free 100% blue Weber agave tequila that is produced in the Tequila Valley under the direction of Master Distiller Salvador Rosales Trejo (a.k.a. "Chava"). The agave is roasted 72 hours in stone ovens, crushed by Tahona, undergoes natural fermentation with fibers, and distilled 2 times in stainless steel and copper pot stills. This expression is bottled at 100 proof, higher than the distillery's standard Blanco.

The nose has a hint of smoke but no where near as much as a familial mezcal. It is herbal with noticable agave presence. The palate is earthywithout being too mineralized. A strong dose of agave ith an oily mouthfeel. The finish is medium with an herbal aftertaste
