Very nice Canadian whisky! Wonderful nose that is floral and sweet; almost no alcohol burn. Sweet and light on the palate with hints of juniper and vanilla. Maybe like a cherry hard candy as well. A little short on the finish, but this is a new and young whisky from a small craft distillery. Very excited to see what they come up with in the future! Highly recommend!
