Barrel no. 779563 / DSP-KY-200005 / 111.70 proof / 4 yrs 4 mo / ISC barrel / Big Smoke Color is a nice medium-dark amber. Nose is soft baking spice with leather and licorice. Very earthy taste - very green (too young). Hints of chocolate, but tastes like an oak tree with not much complexity.
