This is not a bad bottle at all. I think plenty of people would appreciate the flavor profile, but it isn't for me personally. Maple syrup, pecan, and spice on the nose It's a dark flavor profile. Dark caramel. Oak. Apple. More of that pecan note and heavy spice. It's not what Im looking for in a pour. To me, there's something missing. But I appreciate it nonetheless. It finishes on coffee bean. More spice. Burnt oak. Lingers for some time and coats the mouth well, which I would haven't guessed. As it looked on the thinner side in my glass. It's a bit too nutty for my liking. It's a prevalent flavor in the bottle. If it sounds like something you might like, then I'd suggest it... It's 43$, and for the proof you're getting, it isn't a bad deal.

A rich, Bourbon by Barton 1792 Distillery in Bardstown, Kentucky bottled at 120 proof. It has an aromatic birth with notes of grains, wood, fruits, nuts, herbs & spices; while a rich life adds notes of sweet corn, brown sugar, stone fruits, maple & vanilla; that led to a warm death of medium length with notes of oak, Maillard reaction (burnt marshmallow), Platanos Maduros & rye spice.
Nose is a funky leather smoke. Pallet hot sharp smokey oak. Seems like high char on the barrel. A little ice tames it down and smooths it a bit. Still trying to like this bottle. Has good basics but need more tasting to decide if this makes the cut for me. Not a top shelf keeper yet. Stay tuned....
Robust flavor. Caramel, nutty, burnt something. Great coat to it. Has a steady burn as it goes down. I will try again and add water next time. For the price it is a solid bourbon
Strong ethanol scent. First sip hits hard with ethanol, Carmel and spice. Continues strong, straight caramel, lingers with a slight pleasant burn. Some oak notes. Stays strong.
Series #0182 This one is π₯ but itβs also bursting with flavors β vanilla, spices, caramel, apricot, apple, nuts. A little water helps. Also, the aroma is wonderful.
