*I tried the BP, SiB expression* Nose: very yeasty, definitely because of the blue corn they use. Solid, unique nose. Palate: buttery and velvety with lots of typical bourbon notes. Great flavor all around. Comparable to ECBP. Finish: lingering with little burn This bottle isn’t cheap, but it’s a great pour that’s worth trying. It’s the best wood hat expression I’ve personally tried. I don’t think you’ll be disappointed if you enjoy rich, decadent flavors in your bourbon.

Strong notes of sherry wine on the nose. Sherry wine, tannic note, char, and oak on first sip. A little burn at first but ends quick. Not much in the way of a finish. Ice doesn’t change much. With ice there are still kites of tannic and char. Sherry has faded and finish e is even less that before. Not very complex and strong notes of sherry wine are not speaking to me. Not a favorite.
Loads of corn on the nose, pe4fect amount of spice.. 100 proof was the way to go with this. Alcohol comes though but not harsh. Get alot of the grain, not so much wood with it being only a two year. Finishes with a spice and notes of leather.
Dark color. Grassy nose but rich at the same time. Barrel oak all the way through but some char/smoke on the finish. Overall good for the price
Um, we’ll, probably a better mixer. Interesting taste. I’m sure someone likes it.
Pleasing and spicy. Unique wood profile is noticeable. Need to try again.
