Woodinville Private Select (Stateline Carmel Popcorn)

Small batch from corn rye and malted barley. Aromas of crème brûlée and spice as well as notes of caramel, dark chocolate and vanilla bean. Interesting bourbon that’s a higher proof but smooth with a sweet finish.
