Just like their standard vodka, this reserve vodka is made from potatoes grown on their family farm. The difference here is the type of potato they use. It is made entirely from the Polish Stobrawa potato, revered for its high starch content and flavor profile. Woody Creek Distillers worked with the University of Wisconsin and Colorado State University to get USDA approval to import and grow the potato. Bottled at 40% ABV. Naturally gluten-free.
