This limited edition release is made from Kentucky straight bourbon ranging from 4-12 years of age. Included in the bottling is Limestone Branch Distillery's own distillate made with heirloom white corn. The bourbon initially ages in new, charred oak barrels and is then transferred to char #3 wine casks for finishing. Bottled at 101 proof, there were 12,000 bottles produced. Available beginning October 2018.

$109.99 Myrtle beach 11/29/19 Opened 12/24/19 This is some rough stuff. Lot of burn! In Two different blind tastings this scored last and second to last in both. So disappointed in this. Not worth the price or even $29 imo. Weller reserve, Evan William single barrel, Noahs mill, and whistle pig 10yr far surpassed this in the tasting.
More wine on the nose than previous years. Smells of sweet fruit. Interesting palate, seems to go back and forth between thin and thick. Sweet, but gets dry and very spicy at the end. Another good showing for the Limited Edition line. 8/4/19
I’ve tasted this many times in my own collection but had a pour from a friend’s bottle. Very strong leather finish that I don’t remember from my previous tastings. Will have to try my bottle again.
My second favorite Limited Edition after the 2017. The wine barrel notes on this still give it rounded, berry tones yet the spice is amped likely from the increased char. Very nicely done.
Bottle 66-106, autographed by Stephen Beam. Incredible. So easy to drink. Brown sugar, vanilla, and a tiny bit of mint. Nose is fantastic. Fortunate to be able to try this one.
It’s a little hot. I added a few drops of distilled water and it opened right up. This is a delicious bourbon.
