Young & Yonder

Gifted the last of a bottle, sipped in a glencairn neat. It’s got some Bite. Harsh on the tongue and the back of the thought. Not that… much character? Very astringent. Maybe better mixed?

A good mixer with a burnt smokey character that balances the sweetness of an Old Fashioned or Manhattan. A little too harsh for sipping.
