About this bottle
Zenatto Grappa Di Amarone is distilled from marc or pommace of Corvina, Roninella, and Molinara grapes which were used to produce Amarone wine. The grapes are grown in the Valpolicella region of Italy, where they are harvested in the fall and left to dry through the winter. Distillation occurs in the spring before the grappa ages 3 years in oak barrels.
