Zeppelin Bend Reserve

By virtue of 4.75 years in one barrel or another, it’s well-rounded for a craft-distilled whiskey. Definite fruitiness from the Sherry finish, a little burn without water for me - will have to try with some in my next tasting. I bought this directly from the distillery in August 2019, didn’t open it until August 2020 and frankly wish I had done so sooner!

Neat - Vanilla nose with oak and raisin flavors neat and a warming with maybe chocolate after taste. Rocks - Just smooths these all out and reduces the warmth going down. Awesome sipper!
