cask #1 bottle #12 big proof, big taste. it almost drinks like a bourbon due to extended maturation time, but it’s full of flavor without the corn or over-oak notes. travellers recommends water or ice to tame & they are correct as it bursts with flavor. almost the best “bourbon” i’ve ever had 😂
